Figueiredo is a two-time world flyweight champion and has notable wins over Alexandre Pantoja, Joseph Benavidez, Alex Perez, and Brandon Moreno.
Last weekend, Deiveson Figueiredo had a title unification fight against the then interim champion Brandon Moreno, however, he lost the fight via doctor stoppage after the third round. Figueiredo was getting beat on the scorecards when he got hit with a nasty punch to the eye, which caused the doctor to stop the fight.
There is no announcement about Deiveson Figueiredo’s next fight but in the ring he said he's moving up one weight division and retiring from Flyweight.

Brandon Moreno is a Mexican MMA fighter, and he has a professional MMA record of 21 wins 6 losses, and 2 draws.
Moreno is the current UFC flyweight champion and a two-time champion as well. He won the undisputed title for the first time after defeating Deiveson Figueiredo last year in 2021, and last weekend he defeated Deiveson Figueiredo again to win the title a second time at UFC 283. Moreno was dominant for most of the fight and damaged Figueiredo to the point that the doctor stopped the fight after the third round.
As of now, there is no announcement about Moreno’s next fight.
