Erik Morales was a Mexican boxer who competed professionally between 1993 and 2012.
He held world titles in four different weight classes and was the first Mexican boxer to achieve this feat. He held the WBC Super bantamweight title for almost three years, with nine successful title defenses. He also won the WBO Super Bantamweight title.
Morales retired with a record of 52–9 and was recently inducted into the international boxing Hall of Fame in 2018.

Wilfredo Gomez was a professional boxer from Puerto Rico who stayed active between 1974 and 1989.
Gomez won world titles in three different weight classes, but he did his best work at super bantamweight, where he reigned as the WBC and The Ring super bantamweight world champion. He made an incredible 17 title defenses at super bantamweight.
Wilfredo Gomez concluded his illustrious boxing career with a record of 44-3-1 and was inducted into the international boxing Hall of Fame in 1995.
