1. Order Acceptance and Rejection
At Fan Rankings, LLC, we reserve the right to reject any orders at our sole discretion. We may refuse or cancel any order if we determine that the order contains inappropriate content or violates our guidelines. This includes but is not limited to:
- Inappropriate or offensive names, terms, or language in the order.
- Uploaded images, files, or content that are unlawful, obscene, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise deemed inappropriate by us.
- Orders that violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
If your order is rejected for these reasons, we will notify you, and a full refund will be processed.
2. Refund and Cancellation
If an order is rejected due to inappropriate content or any other reason outlined in these Terms, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. The refund will be processed using the original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 Days to appear in your account.
3. Content Guidelines
In order to maintain a positive and respectful environment, all orders and uploaded content should comply with the following guidelines:
- Content should not include hate speech, abusive language, or discriminatory remarks.
- Images and files uploaded should be appropriate and comply with intellectual property laws.
- All names, terms, and messages associated with orders should be respectful and non-offensive.
4. Accountability for Content
You are fully responsible for any names, terms, or images that you upload or associate with your order. By placing an order, you affirm that the content you provide complies with these Terms and our content guidelines. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from user-uploaded content.
5. Image Storage and Deletion
Any images or files uploaded as part of your order will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the date of the order. After this period, all uploaded images will be permanently deleted from our system. It is your responsibility to save any images or files that you wish to retain before the 30-day period expires.
6. Delivery Timeline
At Fan Rankings, LLC, we strive to process and fulfill your order as quickly as possible. The production and fulfillment process typically takes the following time:
- Designing your product: 3–7 business days
- Fulfilling your order: 3–7 business days
- After the design and fulfillment processes are complete, your order will be shipped.
The estimated shipping time depends on your location and can be as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on factors such as the delivery service, customs processing, or unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or customs agencies.
7. Customs and Tax Fees (International Orders)
For international orders, an additional customs and tax fee may apply. This fee is not controlled by Fan Rankings, LLC and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely between countries, so we recommend that you check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Fan Rankings, LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be imposed on international orders.
8. On-Demand Order Fulfillment
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. This allows us to fulfill orders efficiently and provide you with the best service possible, regardless of your location.
9. Issues with Delivery
Before getting in touch with us regarding any delivery issues, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
10. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, feel free to drop us a line at [email protected].
11. Wrong or Damaged Product
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a week’s time with the following:
- Photos of the damaged product
- Your order number
- Any other details you may have about your order
