Romelu Lukaku has proven to be an important player for Belgian and he simply cannot stop scoring for his country. 

The Euro 2020 is the last competition for most of Belgium’s Golden Generation and they would feel it is now or never for them. 

Lukaku still has a good few more years at the top, but the Inter Milan striker will want to add Euro 2020 to the Serie A title he won last season with Inter Milan. 

He has started the Euros in bright fashion and after scoring twice in his first game of the competition against Russia, he earns our star of the week.

His goals in that game mean he has scored seven goals in his last seven games for club and country before facing Denmark. 

The Danes kept him from scoring, but he showed his importance in the game by making several important runs and he played a key role in both Belgium’s goals after they overturned 1-0 deficit to beat Danes 2-1. 

He was the Man of the Match in the game against Russia and he has earned the average rating of 7.74 from Whoscored in the competition so far. Lukaku goes from #7 all the way to #1 in our rankings.
