Phil Foden and the Top 10 Attackers
Phil Foden is the best Attacker this past week and the rest of the top 10 attackers
The attacker is looked upon by every team to get them the goals, and some of them have been delivering.
To score a goal is arguably the hardest thing to do in football, yet no team can win matches or trophies if they cannot score a lot of them.
The last week didn’t see so many attackers prove themselves, especially in England where the coronavirus pandemic saw several games get postponed.
However, one player stood out, and that is Phil Foden.
The England teenager has now found space on the left side of the Manchester City attack and has been scoring goals for them.
Most of City’s players look tired from the start of this season, and his form has been one of the reasons why the team has stayed competitive.
The new England international scored the only goal of the game as Manchester City beat Brighton 1-0 in their last league game.
That was his second goal in as many games, and he has four goals in his last six games for them as well.
The 20-year-old’s performance hasn’t gone unnoticed, and Whoscored has given him the average rating of 7.17 this season.
He gets into our list and stays as number three in the top 10 attackers of the week. Where do you place Foden and the rest in the current Forward Fan Rankings? Rank below to be added in the Power Rankings and to have a chance to win a gift card to Amazon or fanatics.com. Contest Ending January 31st
